My DryBar comedy special is now available for viewing on Youtube! Search "Matt Jenkins comedy" and you'll find it :)
NBC did an interview with me about Comedy during Covid, and the return to performing again. More and more venues are opening up, yay! My Drybar special even got plugged.
My Facebook comedy page now has over 5,000 fans! Some people have seen me on Dry Bar, some people have seen me live, some from reddit posts and some from Facebook posts. It's really cool to see my page grow and people enjoying my jokes.
Shoutout to Zuckerberg.
My taping I did for Dry Bar is available for viewing on the Dry Bar comedy website. They've also started releasing clip on their YouTube channel and Facebook page. If you search Matt Jenkins Drybarcomedy I'll pop up.
Cheers!
Got to perform in a 100ft long by 65 ft high tent on a chilly April night in beautiful, Royersford, Pa. Fun fact, this is only the second time in my life were I've performed wearing a jacket. Lol.
This was my 2nd time performing indoors (not over zoom or outside) since March 2020. Felt great to not have to wear a scarf and mittens while performing. Really fun show. I'm sure these 2 people enjoyed it!
Cheers!
Did my first INDOOR show since March 2020. It felt so weird being back on stage indoors. I didn't hear cars driving by, feel wind blowing or have to swat at mosquitoes. I'm sure I'll do more outdoor shows once the weather gets nicer but in the meantime, Stay safe everyone!
Got to be a part of an attempt to break the Guinness world record for longest running comedy show. So many great comics donating their time to a good cause (proceeds go to the children's brain cancer foundation). Over 100 hours of comedy over zoom. Really honored to be a part of this!
I'm in the top left corner*
Now that the weather is getting cold again and indoor venues are closing early due to Covid numbers spiking, it's back to Zoom Comedy shows. Zoom Comedy shows aren't the same as live stand up (obviously) but it's something. There are some benefits though..
I save a ton of money on gas!
